{"id":2127,"date":"2019-01-11T10:13:28","date_gmt":"2019-01-11T09:13:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lda-verteneglio.hr\/?p=2127"},"modified":"2019-01-11T10:37:25","modified_gmt":"2019-01-11T09:37:25","slug":"international-day-for-the-elimination-of-violence-against-women","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lda-verteneglio.hr\/it\/international-day-for-the-elimination-of-violence-against-women\/","title":{"rendered":"(English) INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR THE ELIMINATION OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The 25<sup>th<\/sup>\nof November was the International day for the elimination of violence against\nwomen, so on the 27th of November we decided to organize an event that wanted\nto raise awareness about this topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We did a\nmeeting at the library in Buje and we read some parts of an Italian book called\n\u201cQuesto non \u00e8 amore\u201d (This is not love) written by some journalists of Corriere\ndella sera newspaper. This book talks about some real stories of women who have\nsuffered violence from their partners and fathers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then we had\na discussion with the participants(mostly women) who gave their personal\nopinions about the topic and the stories of the book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was\ninteresting to see how women were feeling involved and how great was the\nparticipation on the discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope, in the future, to make something similar for other important topics. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 25th of November was the International day for the elimination of violence against women, so on the 27th of November we decided to organize an event that wanted to raise awareness about this topic.
